Mad For Plaid

I realized as I was editing these pictures that today's outfit is pretty similar to my previous outfit post with a plaid top and burgundy pants, right down to the same Zara bag... such a blogger fail! Although it may be a blogger faux-pas to post such similar outfits so close together, it was hard not to since the combination of a plaid top and colored denim are so easy to pair together. The possibilities are also endless when it comes to accessorizing such a simple outfit. It feels so effortless to throw on a comfy flannel shirt, especially this boyfriend style one from Old Navy. Are you sick of me talking about my obsession with Old Navy yet? They are seriously killing it this season and have had such amazing sales lately that are hard to pass up. The shirt I am wearing is only $15 right now! Sizes are running out, so hurry over to grab one (or all) of the 3 color choices that are available.

Gorjana Necklace via Rocksbox (use code LINDSAYBFF37 for your first month free)
Loren Hope Cuff in Shell and Crystal via Rocksbox
Karen Walker Sunglasses via Ditto (use code MIDDLEOFSOMEWHERE for your 1st month free)
Target Booties (old, planning on getting these boots next)

Golden Hour

I hope you had a good weekend! Thankfully I had a pretty relaxing one, which I have a feeling might be my last for awhile since I am planning a baby shower for my sister that is going to happen in a few weeks AND the holidays are right around the corner. I seriously cannot wait until Thanksgiving and Christmas this year, since they will be the first ones for Harper. Christmas has always been my favorite holiday and I can't wait to share my joy with her! It's hard not to get ahead of myself when it comes to Christmas, so I am trying my hardest to enjoy the fall for now. My husband took these photos last weekend and I think they are my all time favorite blog pictures. The lighting was so beautiful and they just scream fall to me! This outfit is definitely one of my go-to's lately on the weekend and for work during the week. I picked up these jeggings a few weeks ago along with this perfect lightweight flannel shirt from H&M, and I find myself wearing both pieces at least once a week both together and mixed with other pieces. H&M always has the most affordable tops and I have never had a problem as far as quality goes. I know that this top will be worn throughout the winter as well under sweaters and cardigans because it is just that comfortable.

H&M Flannel Shirt (under $25)
a.n.a. Jeggings (on sale for $27.99!)
Mossimo Leopard Loafers via Poshmark (almost identical pair here)
Loren Hope Cuff via Rocksbox
Gold Bar Necklace (similar here for $16)

My Favorite Subscription Boxes + Your First Month Free!

If you follow me on Instagram or are a regular reader of Middle of Somewhere, you will probably have seen me mention both Rocksbox and Ditto before. I have been receiving Rocksbox for almost a year now and am finding it to be a really hard box to give up! I used to love buying new jewelry all of the time, but lately am finding that I much prefer to try out new pieces every few weeks instead of buying pieces, wearing them a few times, and then letting them collect dust in my closet. I am fairly new to the Endless Eyewear program from Ditto, but am loving it so far! I am currently on my 3rd pair of sunglasses and really enjoy the huge selection that there is to choose from. Today I want to share a little bit more detail about each subscription service if you're unfamiliar with them.

Rocksbox comes in a reusable bubble package, complete with a return label to make it super easy to send back when you're ready to swap out boxes. Once your account is set up, you can create a wishlist and request certain pieces that you are dying to try out. Some of my favorite designers that I always find myself drawn to are Loren HopeKendra Scott, and Gorjana. Rocksbox is super affordable at only $19 per month, and this includes unlimited boxes that you can return at any time for a new one. Each month you will also get $10 of Shine Spend to use toward purchasing your favorite piece, which will already be discounted from it's retail price. If you're interested in trying out Rockbox you can use the code LINDSAYBFF37 to get your first month of unlimited boxes absolutely free!

Loren Hope Abba Earrings / Gorjana Ring / Perry Street Necklace

Ditto's subscription service is Endless Eyewear, and is similar to Rocksbox in that you can try out an unlimited number of designer sunglasses each month for a very low monthly price. Endless Eyewear is $24/month and gives you access to borrowing sunglasses from designers such as Ray Ban, Prada, Miu Miu, and Karen Walker. You will receive a box with a pre-paid return shipping label with each pair of glasses that makes it super easy to return for your next pair. Endless Eyewear is also available for prescription eyeglasses, and can be used for both men and women's glasses. If you want to give Endless Eyewear a try, you can use the code MIDDLEOFSOMEWHERE for your first month free with no obligation to continue the service. Just head to Ditto's site and click on Add Promo Code to get started.

Have you tried out either of these subscriptions before? I'd love to hear what you think of them! Also, what are some of your favorite subscription boxes?
